Draglist's Journal, 18 Apr 15

Woke at 4:30am and had a hard time going back to sleep. Finally drifted off but up at 6am again. Weighed in at 207.2. Then decided to try for more sleep. Got up at 10:30. Weighed in at 206.2. There's an interesting result for those of you who weigh very early! I'm going to fast for most of the day today to get back on track with my monthly calorie goals. There is a NARROW window where I might hit them this month, but I will have to eat at least two or three 600 calorie fasting days. Planning today as one of them, and then maybe Monday again. Tried this concoction of filtered water, cinnamon, a teaspoon of raw honey, some garlic, and half a lemon squeezed. Also drinking black coffee with a tablespoon of coconut oil. May do more coconut oil after my workout, or perhaps a protein shake. Have lots of salads and veggies for low-calorie filler. Beautiful sunny day in Maryland and it will hit 80. All the windows are open and the house is getting a good freshening. Good workout environment. Enjoy YOUR day!

I just went for a 20 minute walk, and its 72 here in West Virginia. I opened up some windows to, for some freshening too! Get that old muggy stale air out!! The cats are much delighted that I did that too! That cinnamon concoction sounds interesting. May have to try that!! Enjoy your day!

Gotcha Drag....yes that type. I've been contemplating getting it. But I thought...why? Lol. I know you use Tanita daily and wondered if you would see any benefit in knowing like which area the water is in or where you lost fat, etc. Unfortunately for me im a gadget person too..Lolol. But I was thinking that this purchase may not be practical.
