I thought yesterday was day 7, but today is. Will complete one week today. And I just realized I lost 5 1/2 pounds in one week! Last year my goal was 5 pounds a month. This year it's 1 pound a week. I've achieved both so far!
I know they say the first few pounds are water weight pounds. If that's true I will now work on Apple pie, apple cake, egg nog and potato chip weight.

I'm having coffee today. Coffee 2 times this week. Will see how it goes in the future. I am allowing myself one item a day that I really should avoid on the anti inflammatory diet. Today it is the sugar and half and half I HAVE to add to coffee. So that means I won't be able to add a little mayo to the remaining half can of tuna. I added chopped up avocado and walnuts to the tuna yesterday. It wasn't as good as it could be because the avocado was still too firm to mash up. Maybe today I'll mash it with something. I didn't post my weight today, down .2 pounds. I'm going to try to weigh in only when I've lost a full pound. That may change once I've lost the holiday weight. I've got about a pound and a half to lose to get to my pre Thanksgiving weight which was the lowest weight I've been able to reach for awhile. Once I get to that weight I'll feel like any additional loss is progress. Right now I feel I'm just paying the price for indulging during the holidays. I guess we each decide if it's worth the price.

some foods lend well to swapping out Greek yogurt for mayo, might be worth a try with the tuna! good job on your week!
