Turned off cell alarm…..

Happy 😃 happy 😃 Thursday morning….

9,5 hours of sleep…and no alarm waking me up…was nice…but…im running behind on my other schedule…lol…its gonna take some getting use to…bur being its winter with darker mornings…no rush to get up…
Ive noticed lately that the inflammation in my legs and knees has improved…alot…..thinking its less carbs….figuring things out sometimes so hard to pin point…

Im grateful today that my inflammation has decreased…its nice to want to do more…and not be in pain…and looking for next pain pill…waking up..and noticing that walking across the floor…and not hurting as much…its a nice feeling…

Not sure its the carbs…could be the weather…as we have rain coming..right now..im learning which it is…

Yesterday i played in notes…setting up my activity list for the month…a biggie for me…i could see what i was doing…trying to write it anymore is a challenge i dont enjoy…

Wind is blowing again today…can hear it howling….

Well…need to get a few things done before breakfast….coffee was good…lol…

Good morning! Wow! You turned the noise box off and slept in!👍 Good for you! Yes, it’s Winter and dark in the mornings so I would leave that thing off. 😂 Just tweak that schedule a bit and make it work. Redo in the Spring when you have to fit the vitamin D in and all the talkers! Lol Enjoy that coffee and have a great day!:)☕️☕️
