So, the "Idiot Box" is not cooperative this week. I cannot understand it since I have followed my plan well.

Hi HCB, your doing great. I hate my scale too one day it says one thing and the next day if says something else lol. We will just keep keeping on doing what we are doing. Mary Ann

The weight loss game is like the tide; it ebbs & flows. Some times the tide is high, some times the tide is low. Weighing in on a "high tide" day can be depressing, but don't let it creep into your tenacity HCB. Stay strong & look at the bigger picture. If the overall water level is going down, you're still headed in the right direction; even if the tide is high on this day. Calm seas do no make strong sailors, the storms will sink their ships. Those who master the tide during the storm, can sail their ship to any port.

Wow Miss skinny your doing something right, great job! I love how my jeans are now feeling comfortable instead of painted on like they did look and tight that they were pinching me ouch! its a great feeling when our clothes are fitting just right :)

You can't always look at numbers, sometimes the mirror/pictures reveal the truth :) You can lose without the scale saying you are. You could be losing inches. I use the scale as my guide, but I also use other tools--how my clothes fit, how I appear in the mirror...

Keep plugging. I always have to remind myself I didn't gain it in a few weeks so what makes me think I'm going to lose it fast :).
