Happy 😃 happy 😃 Sunday….

When your tired of layin…time to get up….and start a new day….

23 outside…no wind for a change…in the 50s today…

Been reading..welll….you tubing probiotics…always learning …just thinking…if I could be more immune to catching less from everyone here….winter is coming..just wondering..I’m hardly ever sick..but living here..I’m more exposed to everything…

Already kno kin out push-ups…and pull downs…not really in the mood….lol…it happens..

Good morning! Happy Sunday! It’s cold here. High 39 but frosty 22 right now. Nice you will get 50’s. You could even go outside a bit. There is a lot to learn on probiotics. Different strains, amounts, foods, prebiotics. People love fermented foods for probiotics but I can’t do fermented but so many ways to get them. I have lots of birds today from moving my feeder the other day. Exciting they found it. I worried yesterday. Lol Time to sip up and get up. Enjoy your day!:)😄
