I fasted today until 2pm so that makes 20 hours. Before I've done 16. Wasn't really a problem, didn't get really hungry, and the coconut oil helps. Ended the fast with a 3 mile very brisk walk, now to eat! It's really nice to be able to walk outside in the beautiful Spring sunshine and comfortable temps.

Bulletproof coffee rocks for me - I also could go 20 hours but usually eat so I can stay on track with my fat grams!

Jim, Let me ask you this when you do these fasts are you still drinking and just not eating?

Rockiesfan, I drink lots of water, a couple cups of coffee and usually have a tbsp of coconut oil. But no other food until the fast is done. I then eat my planned calories, just in a shorter period of time which helps to feel fuller. I've just started back with it this week, hadn't done much fasting in a while which may be partly why progress has slowed.

I have been doing the IF for about 6 weeks now and love it..usual try to go till 2pm..but, some days 12pm..I never eat after 6pm. and also do the cocoanut in my coffee along with almond milk Blended..My calories have gone way down and my carbs with this way of eating and and I feel so much better plenty of Energy. For the Day. I was doing Heavy cream but, which to almond milk for the lower calories..and it's great. Still get plenty of fat..for HFLC

Thanks all. Glen if I was THAT disciplined I wouldn't have come back from Easter +6 lbs! :) I've just learned to get right back on the wagon after I take a short trip off.
