Happy 😃 happy 😃 Friday….

I been listening to this at night with headphones./ eye mask… https://youtu.be/h_ORaOxOe8I and have been sleeping so great….100% of sleep again last night…but again …you have to prepare yourself ahead for great sleep…cool room…a clear mind…it works great for me..

27 outside..and extremely foggy…was surprised when I raised the blinds…

Already been working out…my push-ups have increased to over 300 thru out the day…wasn’t to long ago..I couldn’t do 1…

Each time I went to eat yesterday…all I thought was…I’m still full from thanksgiving meal…it was more then I normally eat…and I even passed on the pie…

Weight is starting to settle…so….that’s a plus…

Good morning! Happy Saturday! You’re messing with me again! You have happy Friday. Lol We all get mixed up and hard to keep up with what day it is! Good for you getting good sleep! Sunny and 55 today but rain setting in tonight and tomorrow. Nephew leaves tomorrow. Sad day but he will be back for Christmas! Nice day so I better drink up and make a plan with him. ☕️☕️ Have a super Saturday!:)

Dumb question... do you listen to it until you start to drift off? And then take it off? I can't imagine sleeping in headphones or an eye mask or my fitbit or a pair of socks or a necklace or... anything. lol.
