Up at 201.0, had coconut oil in coffee, two protein bars, and two 100 calorie bags of almonds at work. Did a lot of walking and came home with 5 miles under my belt but weighing 201.6. Hopped on the trusty treadmill for 1000 calories worth of HIIT, and ended up at 198.8 for the day. Still some extra water from Thursday’s happy hour and dim sum, but we'll work on it post 16:8 tomorrow, too.

Love that metabolic age 18! I see it quite often with you. Never ceases to amaze me! No worries, water weight comes and goes with the tide :)

I love the five miles under your belt,!!! been wearing my sports tracker on waist line so I don't lose it, it's amazing how much walking burns off calories!

Bill, do you think the surge works better than the flex? I still haven't lost this one yet but I wonder sometimes if it is getting all my steps in on the days I walk more. LOL! (Maybe I am not doing as much as I think I am)

Okay. I guess it was just me wanting a new gadget. LOL! I still like my flex but I hardly look at it any more except to change the band color to match my outfit. LMAO!!! (I bought the bands on Amazon last summer).
