Ok remind me its water.

I just weighed and the scale is 5 pounds higher than yesterday. I did eat 1269 calories yesterday. 80 percent fat, 82 percent fat (121gm), 15 percent protein (49 gm) and 3 percent carbs (10 gm). Probably my highest carb and eating day in a while. My ring is a little tighter today. I just need a little inspiration. I go back to my cardiologist in two weeks which means if I went bavk today I would show a five pound gain. I checked ketones and im at .7. Again just need a little boost. Thanks

The body always fluctuates which is why I only weigh at the same time n the same day each week.

I like to weigh myself on Friday mornings. That way if I mess up on the weekend I won't notice it. ;)

Yes It is freaky when the scale fluctuates like that! I agree with HCB-Weigh the same time, or same day-every week! Cheers~Ann

Thanks guy! My normal weigh in day is Fridays but I have this habit of every day right before showering i jump in the scale. It's like a magnet drawing me to it. I did eat more sodium than usual yesterday Linda. I also ate more than usual. I usually can't get in all my calories but yesterday my body was craving beef.

Darn scales - sometimes you love them and sometimes you don't! Freaky fluctuations! I have 2 digital scales and they rarely agree.

Hey drag...I didn't log the Montreal steak seasoning but it was more salt than i typically have. I kept craving beef. I think it was the anemia. Because I ate it rare. I put the steak seasoning on my steak and then put me in the skillet with olive oil and tossed arugula greens in it and had it in salad. Im getting my water in today lsu gonna drink an extr 20 ounces for 150 ounces total in water

Drag it was SOOO good lolololol. Im down two pounds of the five. Getting extra water in today too.

It's water when the rings are tight.....drink, drink, drink. It will flush right out.

Thank you guys so much. Im not going up....I felt kinda bad yesterday. But im rejuvenated. Im making bone broth. I've never made it before but I read it is suppose to help with inflammation. I only put one teaspoonful of Himalayan salt ( never used that before either) in it and a package of peppercorn, arugula ( I love this plus low carb green veggie) and cilantro. Im reading im suppose to let it simmer on low for like 24 hours with the bees I got from the butcher today. Have you guys tried this?
