Just lots of movement, moved all my furniture around, changed my paintings and textiles to Fall/Winter ( I do every Labour Day and every Easter, back to Spring/Summer) weird but it keeps me from getting bored with my apartment 😁
76.7 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

My mother-in-law has a Florida room that she decorates for all the seasons, too. It's so fun to go over there and see them!

I cycle my grandson’s toys, he’s now4. We’ve gone from bouncing chairs, ball pit’s, big Lego blocks; you know the like. We live in a small apartment, it’s nice to see the changes.
