I understand your concern about regaining the weight that you have worked so hard to lose. If your reason for losing weight was improving your health, it should include both mental and physical health. I would encourage you to schedule a visit with your primary care physician to discuss your current weight and concerns about regaining as well as have some lab work done. Your concerns are valid and should not be discounted. The only way to have a true picture of where you are health wise is to look at how your body is actually functioning. I can say for sure, no one here wants to backside. Nor do we want discount the value of your dedication. We all want you to be happy and healthy. Blessings on you.

Having both height and weight in the bio section would really hello people to filter some of the concerns many of us have when we see such low weights.

I think you look good. If you truly are afraid to lose anymore but also not able to add calories out of fear- then you probably should talk to someone before you hurt your health... Remarkable progress has been made.

You have incredible self control, and have done an amazing job of body transformation. Now is the time to be extra careful not to wreck your health by going too far. It can be really hard to transition our brains into maintenance when we have been focused on losing weight for so long. Take good care of your total health - it's not all about weight.

Great job on the weight loss. I think most everybody worries about regaining weight. Especially as we get older it is more difficult to lose. My doctor has me focusing more now on the nutritional value of the foods and making sure to incorporate some activity in my days.

Thanks everyone for the comments. I am still struggling on adding calories. I walk every day and last few totals for the day is 20,000 steps . I know with adding steps I need to add extra calories but it's still hard to do. I'm 4'8"and BMI says 20 . I really appreciate all of your concerns and comments. I will try to push myself to add extra calories . I do have a reg dr I can reach out to if I need help.

Lthomp56 congrats on the loss. I noticed someone commented on you being on the upper end of ideal weight but I am seeing charts online putting you at the lower end. You have done a great job and I hope you will get enough to eat and not lose more. You look very slender
