Waking weigh in of 200.4 works for me. Still have yesterday's protein bars and almonds ready for another day of crisscrossing Washington DC. Targeting 1955 calories today.

Bill - I tried the coconut oil in my coffee this morning - 1 tsp. Not bad - I will try it again, I have no verdict on whether or not I like it.?.
