Got a 206.8 waking weigh in again. At least I'm consistent! Having some food processing issues these past few days, so black coffee, Smooth Move tea, and lots of water today. I can eat up to 2300 calories again, but probably won't go that high.

I'm in a similar spot, weight loss seems to have stalled out for a bit. Let's keep at it, somethings gotta give!

Something I learned at the doctor's - use spinach! It is a natural laxative. I buy frozen chopped - convenient for throwing a quick handful into omelets, soup, etc. Satisfaction guaranteed.
