Waking weigh in of 207.0 after a no exercise day where I only had a 136 calorie deficit. Not bad. Will work out tonight, sleep in tomorrow, and then do a post 16:8 workout to try to hit the 190s.

LOL! Great job working the Mexican food out of your system. Whatever preservatives and additives they put in the food must have been very toxic stuff! Make your own Mexican if you get cravings for it. Homemade is always better. Have a wonderful weekend!

Sounds good. There are also some low carb high protein/fiber wraps available...making me hungry. Gotta figure out a place to eat with my wife tonight that won't set me back.

Yes you can make your own, but why make it hard on yourself... LOL! I buy Muir Glen Organic Mild Salsa. I don't think it's all that mild! There is a jalapeno in there. LOL! It has sea salt, which is all I use to flavor my foods and cook with. Have fun with your homemade Mexican food!
