I noticed I have been wasting lots of time lately, scrolling thru Instagram (how many reels can I watch??). It's the always new novelty, filling time that feels interesting yet it destroys my productivity and life goals. Even A&E has created a new series about it: Digital Addiction. Aaaaaauuurggghhh. Yes, there are fitness & health apps: FS App! I am not spending hours on THOSE apps; I am checking all the "entertainment" ones. Cooking videos on Youtube, for things I will never, ever cook! Impossible crafts! Stupid people drama! Cats on IG! What's happening on Twitter??? My email! LOL I am standing more, so I need to set some rules for phone time. I do not need to check it every 15, 30, 45 minutes. Not even every hour! I will go out for a walk right after posting this (do not need to check phone at all during the walk). Sit less, check less! Guess that's really the only rule I need :)
