🙋♀️Welcome to Motivational Monday! It's time to stand up! New moon this sunrise, so shaking off any negative energies. I lay down (not just sit) sooooo much, I had to look up how much we should stand in a day! Seems to be a lot of discussion of standing 2 hrs minimum during 8 hour work day; with 4 hrs being optimal. I am not working, so I need to be far more active. Guess that means we need to stand 25-50% of our time? Okay! My goal this week is at least 2 hours per day (not including cardio). Up & at 'em! How much do YOU stand in a day? I stand all day at work. I am lucky to have such a dynamic career as a massage therapist. some of my evenings could be better, too much snuggling with the cat reading.

On wednesdays i stand doing massage. The rest of the week I sit on my butt doing telehealth mental health counseling. Would be good to be more active at work. At other mental health jobs I at least walked between buildings or to and from the car
