I have become a slug this past year and now I need to get myself into focused GIT IT DONE mode. Gonna be some some "shake off the slug" times and just do it. Mindset really is everything, isn't it?

I found that it was easier to become super focussed on a smaller goal; for example, aim for a 10 pound loss and then celebrate it🥳. Each mini loss has inspired me to keep going. It proved that I can do it. So can you, girl. I believe in you🇨🇦🌈
