Morning weight of 219, up 1.2 lbs from yesterday. Yesterday's calories were fine and I got in some good exercise, I figure it's got to be sodium from the chinese food last night. We have a Christmas party tonight, everyone is supposed to bring a snack. I'm going to bring a veggie tray and might also make some tabouli with sliced cucumbers for dipping. That way I'll have stuff I can eat that's not too bad for me and should be able to keep other stuff to a minimum. I want to enjoy myself but not go overboard as I'm tired of losing the same weight multiple times over the past month, and really want to make my Christmas weight goal. Will do a good cardio session on the bike this afternoon before the party.

Well...turns out the party was last night. I really should read my emails more closely, don't know how I got that messed up. Wife is not happy. Ugh is all can say.
