Ate 600 calories at work and then picked up my daughter Emily at the airport. We stopped at the Blue Dolphin restaurant in Crofton, Md., on the way home. What a find! Outstanding seafood. Great quality and immense portions. We ended up bringing a lot home but I ate quite a lot, too, including dessert. But it's Thanksgiving week. Will try to recover some tomorrow before the big day on Thursday. Did not weigh in tonight (wish I had some pre-dinner numbers as they would have been low), but will hazard a weigh in tomorrow sometime. We are going out for breakfast, however, so that's probably not going to be a valid number either. Did get over 11 thousand steps and six miles in today and will have a slight calorie deficit. Happy to have my girl home!

Bill, do you have any day when you don't track your food? I'm thinking when I go on vacation I won't have internet access to track food. I won't even be able to upload my armband steps.

Lucky you with all the high tech gadgets! I'm looking forward to vacation and not having internet connection. It will mess up my daily averages for a couple of weeks. I guess I will survive. :)

I will have to keep the Blue Dolphin in mind when I go to MD. Love seafood. I use all my gadgets to keep up with my logging. Smartphone, tablet, and laptop. PC, not so much, really should use it more. I still enjoy too much food on my vacations, etc. but at least there is some control :)

Nice pic of you and your daughter, hoping you have a great visit with her. I'm going to have to try the Blue Dolphin out sometime with my wife, would be nice to tie in with an afternoon sailing cruise on the Chesapeake Bay which we'll do next Summer. Have a great Thanksgiving holiday.

I don't know how you do it nor where you get the "oomph" to do it to get rid of the gains, but I have no doubt you will. Love the photo of Daddy and his girl.
