Back up to 208.4 for a morning weigh in. Got a convention today so taking protein bars and nuts. Will do cottage cheese when I get home to wrap the day up at 800 calories to nail my 1700 calorie per day average. Will eat 1700 calories tomorrow and then a few more on the weekend.
