Finally feeling more like normal today after getting back on track with things yesterday. I think I went farther off course this past weekend than I have in a long time, which left me feeling pretty crappy the past couple days. "You are what you eat" is pretty true, amazing that I used to eat like that all the time. I have a lot more energy, stamina, and better frame of mind when I'm eating correctly.

I also feel like when I get on a binder like that that I take longer to get full and that I am way hungrier throughout the days afterwards....

Socolova, very true. I guess it was all the sugar and simple carbs but I felt hungry and like I was coming off a sugar high for 2 days, wanted to eat everything in sight. Bill, I don't know what the scale will show. Still feeling fatter from the weekend and haven't weighed in a couple days, we shall see the results Friday. At least I'm back on track now.

I'm the exact same way....the most junk you eat, the more junk you want....why can't it be the other way around? lol
