You are so lucky! I miss having deer in the yard although it would be a nightmare with my dogs, most likely.

Good morning Fritz, I too have some issues with my sciatic nerve. I’m glad that you’re looking at stretches for it, I don’t I go on YouTube and I used to physical therapists that teach you how to stretch for the sciatic nerve. I promise I have nothing to gain from this, but they really help me. Their name is Bob and Brad the physical therapist. Check out the videos when you have time they’re amazing. I’m glad you’re getting physical therapy. And I can’t believe how stunning that photo is with all the animals in the backdrop wow. Get well soon🙏🙏🙏💪💪🥰❤️❤️

Thanks everyone! I confess that isn't the picture I took yesterday. It wouldn't unload. But it's the exact same bank with the same in the ground plastic pond and all those rocks. There were no deer yesterday. They are in the neighborhood all year and the bucks seem to like my house. During the hot weather there will sometimes be 5 bucks under my back deck and usually 2 or 3 between shrubs in front of the front porch. They find parking places out of the sun! Right now therre are about 30 turkeys scrambling all over the bank looking for yesterday's food. Katsolo - my sister has a little yorkie pomeranian that thinks she is so tough. She goes running and barking after the deer. They mostly ignore her. Bobby will bark at them when they are on the other side of a little fenced in area I have for him. But when they are under the deck and he has to go out, he moves along up next to the fence, knowing to stay away from the bucks and their antlers. Ocean_girl - I will check out Bob and Brad on YouTube. Someone else mentioned them (Katsolo?) I found quite a bit online and most were easy to me to do.

Had sciatica issues & the “Reclining Pigeon Pose” worked wonders. The “Standing Piriformis” also helped a lot. There’s a version you can using a bed or couch arm if the height is right for us. Healthline has descriptions of 10 stretches & I tried most. Best wishes👍
