Day 21, Whole30, on the last leg before adding back any of the categories I removed.
I already know I am going out on Day 30 in the evening and I am definitely having a glass of wine…I really want to see what effect that has. The next thing I will add back is yogurt and cheese , which I miss even more than wine. I don’t know yet if dairy will affect me after a long absence, but I’m curious. Bread comes back last and other grain like oats and rice. I might stay gluten free though as I find my head is clear and my joints don’t ache. Interesting experiment!

I find since giving up alcohol my joints dont ache and have more clarity/less brain fog.

Good for you for shaking things up! Sugar is the one thing that really messes up my belly.
