A gloomy, rainy day today, but I am enjoying the weather instead of being upset that my exercise plans are ruined. Months ago, I decided to use the walk at home program by Leslie Sansone. I highly recommend the exercises. It has given me a "no excuses" way to exercise when the weather is bad.
I also received my favorite tea (Harney and Sons green tea with coconut, ginger, and vanilla) from Amazon today and I am so glad. There is nothing like sipping some delicious, hot tea on a soggy day. I hope everyone has a beautiful (non rainy) day. ♥
