A gloomy, rainy day today, but I am enjoying the weather instead of being upset that my exercise plans are ruined. Months ago, I decided to use the walk at home program by Leslie Sansone. I highly recommend the exercises. It has given me a "no excuses" way to exercise when the weather is bad.

I also received my favorite tea (Harney and Sons green tea with coconut, ginger, and vanilla) from Amazon today and I am so glad. There is nothing like sipping some delicious, hot tea on a soggy day. I hope everyone has a beautiful (non rainy) day.

It is the same over here. I love Leslie too. I lost a lot of weight with her.

Tea is great. I drink 4 cups on a normal day.

Winter is coming.. time for tea again, it tastes so good on chilly days. Had jasmine yesterday with lunch at work. I really should drink tea instead of coffee, will have to start working on that. Will pick up a bag of granulated honey on Friday as my supply is almost gone, I keep it in my desk drawer for tea. I do like a bit of sweet in my tea.
