Back from our mini-vacation, the weather was great and we had a wonderful time at the beach. Unfortunately the scale will keep me honest, at 231 I'm 6 pounds heavier than when I left. So back to work at taking it off again. Drinking lots of water and trying to fast until dinner today. I made it to yellow last weigh-in, I don't want to lose that with a gain this Friday so it'll be a challenge to see if I can get back there in 4 days.

Hey Jim, you knew you'd gain a little so don't get too stressed. You know what to do, & even if you don't lose it all by FRI, it WILL come off soon.
