Christmas Eve! I have a lot to do, some Keto treats to make for tonight. Indian take-out for dinner, I won't overdo it. Here is the keto Gingerbread cake I made a few days ago, only 2 net carbs per slice. Actually, these slices are more like 4 net carbs each! If you want the recipe it's at https://greenandketo.com/keto-gingerbread-cake. It's a very mild gingerbread. I didn't frost it. I find the serving sizes for most of the keto recipes I try to be ridiculously small. Sure, I guess, to get the net carbs down, but who wants a 1/2cup of soup for dinner? So I often double the serving sizes.
