Good morning! Scale read 206.6 today. Will eat 800 calories through the workday and hope for more of a loss pre-dinner. Workout tonight and then again after 16:8 fast at noon on Saturday. Dropping a few pounds of water each day.

Doing good you have only 6.6 pounds to go.- Super!!! Honest to God I don't know how you do the exercise all the time. I first I thought you were retired until you mentioned your job in a couple of the journals. I am going to work on exercise this weekend. This is our super busy season at work and I have been tired more than usual after work. But you are truly a success story at Fat Secret total of 118.4 pounds loss!!!! Great Job Done!! There's this guy's wife at work who does (she is 65-should could pass for 50) and looks like a retired model. I ask the guy how does she keep so fit, he told me she exercise's all the time but she is retired. I was thinking Draglist must be retired but you are not!!! Amazing overall job you have done. Congrats!!!!!!!!!!!

Wow, what a reward. It sounds like your body got the message. Great job. I read that HIIT should only be done 2-3 times a week, so your plans fit perfectly for what is recommended. Really proud of your downward progress!
