🎄Welcome to Motivational Monday! ❤️💚❤️

It's beginning to look a lot like ...Christmas! Okay, not quite winter wonderland here in downtown Calgary (whiteout fog but just drizzly flakes) but I know other parts of Canada are seeing the snow!❄️ Days like this, I have no motivation and just want to be under a blanket and .... eat! Kinda did that last year, so am getting myself into FITMAS mode instead for this holiday season and winter. 40 days till Xmas, folks! (47 till 2022). Plenty of time for healthy habits 🍎

What are your holiday healthy habits? I decided to embrace tea 🫖 as my go-to whenever I want to binge. Of course, need to do some meal planning & prep to avoid those "too tired to cook" excuses. I don't have any major holiday events or gatherings, so I truly have no excuses to weigh less soon! Getting back under my lowest 2021 weight is my first goal (274).
