🌺Welcome to Motivational Monday! Happy November! I am not feeling well this morning, so am curled up with a tall mug of ginger tea 🫖 and a blanket. It did snow here on Friday-Saturday, so I think I am just allergic to winter!😆 I felt embarrassed to tell trainer why I wasn't at gym these past few days (absolutely fatigued). I need to honour when it's time to rest!💤 Wishing you a successful week with resting (and sleeping) as you need :) PS: I am gonna crush allllll my goals this month!💪
