🙋‍♀️Welcome to Motivational Monday! Ooops forgot to post this LOL and it's almost midnight, so it's still Monday, right???

I am experiencing the discomfort of pushing myself to walk, doing my trainer's exercises (at home) which involves the tough movement of getting on/off floor. I feel like a whale. I don't like this feeling and just wanna Netflix & eat. However, I also want to feel strong in this body, walk freely, head held high, happy with my mirror reflection and confident in the world. The only path to those goals is with being okay with being uncomfortable. I can do this. I AM doing this!

How do you handle discomfort?
