The baseball game I went to last night was great! I do not like sports, but I had so much fun. After the game there was fireworks which is always spectacular. I do not get to go to events often because I am either job searching (now that I have graduated), volunteering, or broke (my friends were able to get me a ticket to the game). Last night made me realize that I can still have fun even when I am struggling financially.

The one good choice I have made in my life (besides going back to college) is making the choice to change my eating habits (gradually) and start to exercise. The biggest result I have seen since I have made the change is that I am now able to walk for 30 minutes without stopping for breaks. Yay! My goal is to walk for 1 hour without taking a break.

You're near where I was when I started. Walking is good, but also look to incorporate other exercising/strength training. Builds lean muscle. Keep up the good work.

That is great!!! Yes, walking is the least expensive thing we can do. All we need is a "Walkman" and determination. Note, you will get to that 1 hour walk in no time and probably will be surpassing that marker within this year. Kudos to you!!!
