Hello: I just bought an air fryer and I made salmon - it was fantastic. I made a rub from a little brown sugar, garlic powder and thyme. Chopped up some veggies and spritzed with olive oil, salt and pepper. I stir fried some green beans and broccoli in Teriyaki/Sriracha sauce. Threw in three toasted crackers for some crunch. Very delicious. The air fryer was on sale on Amazon: Ultrean 6 quart for total of 72.00. Worth every penny!!! Next I want to try cauliflower and brussel sprouts.

The meal looks good! It's great that you got an air fryer and are using it already. It takes me awhile to figure things out. I have a new (2 years ago) convection/microwave oven I haven't even tried yet. I heard it cooks similar to an air fryer. I don't think I've seen any posts of yours for awhile.
