First day of the month. Weight was 202.2 before dinner and 201.6 after an hour on the treadmill. Had a good eating day but got into the granola and raw nuts again after dinner! Topped out at 2400 calories but burned more than 2900 with the workout. We'll take it easier on Wednesday and Thursday. Friday is Independence Day and we'll grill some good stuff but also enjoy some beers.

hehe! everyone's looking forward to Friday i suppose! I have a friend's birthday to celebrate and she's already preparing gummy bears soaked in vodka which are simply delicious....oh well!

Will be grilling here, too. Then just chilin and trying to stay cool. Not looking forward to the boom of the fireworks. I have two doggies that freak out. Makes for a rough evening.
