Morning weigh in of 202.6 as I work through yesterday's picnic carbs.

My plan for July 2014 is to target 1840 calories a day (80 grams fat, 80 grams carbs, 200 grams protein). July will include 10 vacation days and Independence Day, all of which will come in higher than 1840 (no doubt!) Should be able to fill in with 1500-1600 calorie days (before and after vacation) and Monday adjustment days of 1000 calories or so.

My plan is to end the month at 192-195 lbs. and as close to 10 percent body fat as I can get. According to my best estimates, 192 lbs. will get me to 10 percent.
