JUNE 23 - Recorded just after midnight on June 24.

Ate very light today but went back up to 202.0 pre-dinner. Looking for another incremental loss in the morning. Ended up eating a bit more chicken breast than I expected to tonight, but still finished at 1145 calories. Will do about 1450 tomorrow.
