Made some lovely homemade beef soup today, right from the bones. Boy did it smell good! I added pork bones too. After straining I added pork shoulder, celery, rutabaga, green beans, rapini, zucchini, and mushrooms. But I have no idea what the carb count or calories are. It will probably be my lunch all week.
