Welcome to Wow: Walk on Wednesdays! Online walking group for any FSers who wish to share their walking and fitness experiences. I have set up a Group* here (seems to be available only on desktop/laptops) but for those only on the app, here is your weekly post:

How were your walks this week? I ended the week on a positive note: I walked OUTSIDE for 2 blocks!!!! okay, it was one block back and forth but I managed the uneven sidewalk for 7.5 minutes :) Iced the knee right after. Learning to listen to my body, my legs/knees. Respect the knees!
