Adjustment day: DONE! Ate 619 calories today and did an 825 calorie treadmill workout after burning 300 calories walking earlier in the day. Got a weigh in at 207.6 but low body fat numbers which indicate that the water is just ready to whoosh away if I give it a few days!

I like reading your journals, not just for your positive attitude but I also am learning a lot. So thanks for that, it helps and hopefully makes the learning curve easier for me as I figure out how to do this as a change of lifestyle for the rest of my life.
