I have helped MANY people with their weight loss goals over the years— I continually reinforce the concept that you are NOT losing weight to go to the prom. If you are serious about being as healthy as possible then this is a lifestyle change. That is why it is so very important to develop a way of eating that still allows you to live and enjoy. You have to learn portion control and moderation. You also have to understand that there are some types of things that you just can’t overindulge in and you cannot outrun, outsquat a bad diet. Of all the people I have helped, not even one regained the weight and that is over a period of 40 years. This can be done—
