Thursday….happy happy…I know the day…

Was so tired from my workout yesterday…just didn’t get a lot accomplished…so today cut it to 30 min workout ..flatter course…nut was able to push the ride more…getting heart rate up faster…

Tried sis beta fuel mixed in with my electrolytes and water this morning..maybe that’s what was helping drive the ride….

May start doing more 30 min rides…knowing I can push it more…my thing is..30 min workout doesn’t seem like a workout…but I burned 100 less then an hour yesterday…have to do it for a few rides and see…I know I’m not feeling like yesterday after my ride..but different ride..different elevation…today’s ride…6.58 miles..56 elevation..36 min….

And the packing continues on my sisters side…my side of house…just the necessities are all that’s left…

Heard back from Robbie at bike shop…he said let him know when it’s time..he will move my trainer/bike to its new home…lol

I’m beginning to think…it might be longer wait then we expected for a room to open…but..that’s ok..I’ll the stuff we thought we couldn’t live without will be boxed..or at resell shop…or in dumpster….really a plus…to wait…
