TODAY IS THE DAY! 12 Week Summer Work Out Challenge! June 9 - Sept 1st!

What do you want to accomplish this summer? in 12 weeks? I want to find my fitness groove, shed some LBs, get energized and oh yeah, start fresh in a new apartment! LOL

There are no real rules: this is YOUR challenge! I will post weekly so you have a place to share your week with others doing the challenge :) Suggestions: weigh-in, take measurements, start your SMART goals plan, meal prep, setup workout area. Will you measure your walks/cardio in steps, distance or time? Do you have inspirational music, quotes, pics available? Do you have a goal outfit? We all know life can change in an instant; we can change our lives in 12 weeks!

Please share your goals below; I'm still working on my plan LOL but it's a mix of walking (errands + Soul walks in nature), home cardio, balance & strength training plus stairs! I can do this!

Today was yoga and stretching to get my back moving. Forward I want to do both yoga/stretching plus weight /resistance training

In 12 weeks? I’d be ecstatic to be down another 12 pounds by then! And be able to do cover more ground on my daily 20-minute walks. I want to work on my balance and flexibility, too. (I have the B.I.G. program for that.)

one of my non weight loss goals is to go to the beach with my friends! this is something i have never been able to do because i didn’t want to be seen in a swim suit.

still working on a plan. but in the next week of so it is to increase walking and morning yoga. Hopefully, in a week or 2 I can start some resistance work

I just wanna shed a couple pounds, do some cardio, abs and back training to get extra fit! And hopefully not get sunburnt this year lol 😂

My plan is to start hiking and walking more in addition to doing cardio. My birthday is in two weeks and I want to lose atleast 1kgs to get into my dress.
