Waking weigh in of 208.2. Not fretting as the Tanita shows that it is all muscle mass/water and actually shows a loss of body fat from yesterday morning's 207.6 reading. Eating lunch out today at an Indian place so will find some nice spicy meat and veggies.

I always go meat heavy and sauce light at Indian (or any other restaurant for that matter) It's SO filling and spicy and good

Mmmmm. Love that Indian food, and it sounds like you did it right. It's a shame Basmati rice is all carbs... I love that stuff. @Alex... I keep meaning to ask if you'd heard that muscle weighs more than fat? >> :D

@Rob, wanna ask me that again? I'm not sure I heard you. :)

LOLOL! @Alex... if you get that again, tell them they are wrong. Tell them you were surprised yourself to find out that in every one of thousands of clinical trials, scientists were shocked to discover that in every case, one pound of fat weighs exactly the same as one pound of muscle! Unbelievable.
