How were your walks this week? I feel good about my week, tho I didn't walk this weekend. It's finally summer weather - woohoo! My week so far: 45/15/0/0/30/60/20. Getting stronger! Are you feeling good??? Share your goals and your weekly reports here :)
I like this idea of a Summer Walking/Outdoor Fitness Challenge, so posted this pic. June 22-Aug 31 is 10 weeks. Anyone interested in a 12 week challenge? we can start next week! so June 9-Sep 1. Comment below!
