Welcome to Wow: Walk on Wednesdays! Online walking group for any FSers who wish to share their walking and fitness experiences. I have set up a Group* here (seems to be available only on desktop/laptops) but for those only on the app, here is your weekly post:

How were your walks this week? I feel good about my week, tho I didn't walk this weekend. It's finally summer weather - woohoo! My week so far: 45/15/0/0/30/60/20. Getting stronger! Are you feeling good??? Share your goals and your weekly reports here :)

I like this idea of a Summer Walking/Outdoor Fitness Challenge, so posted this pic. June 22-Aug 31 is 10 weeks. Anyone interested in a 12 week challenge? we can start next week! so June 9-Sep 1. Comment below!

Challenge can be measured however you wish: steps, time, distance, number of days per week!

Yeah! Met my walking goals for the week!!!! The evening yoga, while awesome when I do it, just wasn't working out. Right now I am very triggered by my work and found at night I was drained. So...I switched it to morning yoga and have been able to do it 4/7 days. I start my day energized. Sometimes I guess we need to listen to our blocks!!! I love the idea of a challenge!!!!

I have tendonitis and Bursitis in my hip and haven't been able to walk for 3 weeks now. I really miss it.

Wooohooooo shoutout to all those WoWsers who had an awesome week of walking! A happy pat on the back to those (me) who made an effort LOL :) Let's get moving for this first week of JUNE! It's finally summer! Yesssss

Oh @Lindart, so sorry to hear that! Sounds painful (hug). As someone suggested previously, this Walking group can also be your Work Out Week (Wow) group, too! You don't have to walk; any workout counts! Plus, it will become more Work Out Week than Walking this winter :)

i walk every morning for 30 minutes. i wish you all the best on this new walk! have fun! 😀
