Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.

I'll never be "thin" as popular culture defines , but I CAN be thin as my body type defines it.

SherrieC, up until a few years ago, in my mind I still saw myself as an indestructible 18-20 year old. Since then I have a more realistic picture which is a good thing. I agree with you, feeling healthy in body and spirit is so important. Right now I'm on the right track....I feel thinner already. Have a great day!
