Lindart's Journal, 28 May 21

Feeling a little discouraged with my 0.4lb loss today, but added up since January, I've lost 18lbs! I started in July 2013 at 265.6, had many ups and downs, and now only 21 more to go, maybe I will hit that by next January. That would be nice. Slow and steady wins the race they say! I don't feel obese anymore, I feel "normal", and I'm not out to wear a bikini or attract a new man, or any of that. I'm 67 and happy with who I am, except that I want to be 175 lbs. My hubby just bought 5 big bags of chips today, and asked if there was anything I wanted. Of course! All of it! But I won't. Thankfully he doesn't eat them in front of me.

That is a very respectable drop! (BTW, *if* you are interested, (and if not, fair enough!) the “formula” to calculate your BMI is: Weight in pounds divided by inches of height, divided by inches of height (again,) multiplied by 703.) I find it interesting but I care more about my weight and how I feel-and how my clothes fit.
