Flashback Flex Friday. My motivation to get back to this body fat percentage. These shots are from late 2019 early 2020 before the pandemic. I hardly remember my back looking like the bottom left shot.

Thanks, Breco! The extra strength at 200 is great but I miss that look a little lol. Not too far off at least. Should hit 185-190 this summer.

Thanks, CCandco, Ettenauj, Abstract, fancy, and 60! I'm seeing a good difference already since I posted this. I love being lean and slowly leaning out cause you can see day to day differences.

Once you've got the strength, you can do a slow cut and maintain the strength I've found. However, you, my friend, have an impatient stomach that only lets you cut for two weeks before needing to revert to bulking lol

Try what I used to do: cut calories and allow one day a week to plow through some IHOP or 3x DQPs 😍
