Welcome to Wow: Walk on Wednesdays! Online walking group for any FSers who wish to share their walking and fitness experiences. I have set up a Group* here (seems to be available only on desktop/laptops) but for those only on the app, here is your weekly post:

How were your walks this week? I did walk everyday: 45, 30, 20 (video), 15, 15 (rain), 40, 20 minutes. Goal is 45-60 minute walks, maybe 5kms! Will take some time to build up to that :)

What are your walking (or fitness) goals this week? Share your goals and your weekly reports here :)

Yesterday was a low step day. But able to walk at least 8000 steps most days. Still low energy and trying to work up energy to do 15 minutes of my evening yoga. great for sleep!!! Kassandra Yoga on You Tube. Met with specialist and was referred for physio at arthritis society. so hopefully that will help.

my goal is to walk 8000 every day until next Wednesday and do 15 minutes of evening yoga. Inspired by other people's reports! Keep it up 😃

I am working with a five mile per day goal. Got my 5 miles 4/7 days and feeling good about it. Hope everyone has a great week😊

Great goals! 5 miles wooohoooo Tessa! I don't know how far 8000 steps are, but it sounds far! And yoga for the win! Go go Luna!

on Wednesday I was outside on my feet for about two hours. Probably only walked about 2-3 miles but I saw amazing birds with my binocs. More standing than walking... beautiful afternoon.

Sitting here with much gratitude. Last night I was going to skip the yoga, but...because I had put it down as a goal in the chat, I got on the mat! So much love and gratitude for all of you. Thank you LivLite for starting this WOW group! 😃

I am adding in jogs (5 km) 3 times a week since I need to do some cardio. I am also doing walks with the kids in the evening to check out our new neighborhood and get them out. we are still under complete lockdown here. I am trying to keep them active.

Since Monday I have walked 12.55 miles, 28,390 steps and hopefully burned 1848 calories, though it didn't seem to make a difference in my weight (I went up this week, eating less calories this week than I did last week when I lost weight eating more calories. Go figure)
