This is just lunch and lunch snacks. I eat about 1600cals a day.

I either have protein oats In the morning along with a black coffee or Protein French toast, protien pancakes. Egg white scramble with a smoothie bowl. My dinners are always different, chicken with veggies and potatos or rice, chickpea pasta, chicken tortilla pizza. Follow on tiktok where I show all I eat in a day! It’s always different :)
