Hit 209.0 tonight after a 1000 calorie adjustment day. Working from home tomorrow so I can do a 16:8 fast and then a treadmill workout in the morning. Based on discussions on the forums today, I will try putting coconut oil in my coffee prior to the workout to see how I feel. Hoping to get near my 206.6 low again after that…

aaagh! now why would you want to add coconut oil in coffee? does it spoil the taste or sweeten it? how much do you put in? pure oil?
