Stayed within my calorie limit. Mixed it up a bit with more fats, low carb.
Olive oil, nuts and avocado. Did have a steak at Applebees and broccoli that lasted two days. Yep, boxed half and skipped appetizer. Glad the scale is moving downward. Will try this for another week or until the numbers stall. I am a work in progress.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 37.6 kg.    Still to go: 19.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
